Eligibility Window (14 days)

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date you receive your parcel.

Returns are available worldwide.
Wherever you are, you can return your order as long as it meets the conditions below.

Exchanges (free)

Exchanges are free within the 14-day window. You ship the item back to us, and we send your new size at no extra cost, anywhere in the world. Exchanges are subject to availability. If your requested size or color is sold out, we will offer a refund instead.

Returns (refund)

Returns for refund are accepted within the same 14-day window. Return shipping is at your charge. We recommend a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for parcels lost in transit.

Return Conditions 

To be eligible, items must be returned:

• In original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered

• With all original packaging and all tags attached

• Free from any signs of wear, washing, or odors (including perfume, smoke, etc.)

Items showing signs of use, washing, or alteration cannot be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

How to Start a Return / Exchange

1. Contact us with your order information (order number + the email used at checkout).

2. Tell us whether you want a Return (refund) or an Exchange.

3. Once confirmed, you’ll ship the item back to the address above (customer-paid).

4. When we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process it according to your request.

Refund Processing

Once your return is delivered and approved after inspection:

• Your refund will be issued back to the original payment method.

• Processing time can vary depending on your bank/payment provider.

Notes & Best Practices

• Please pack items carefully to avoid damage in transit.

• Include a small note in the parcel with your order number (helps us process faster).

• Keep your tracking number until the process is complete.
