You may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date you receive your parcel.
Returns are available worldwide.
Wherever you are, you can return your order as long as it meets the conditions below.
Return Shipping & Responsibility

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we can’t be responsible for parcels lost in transit.
Return Conditions (must be respected)
To be eligible, items must be returned:

In original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered

With all original packaging and all tags attached

Free from any signs of wear, washing, or odors (including perfume, smoke, etc.)
Important: Returns showing signs of use, washing, or odors will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
How to Start a Return / Exchange

Contact us with your order information (order number + the email used at checkout).

Tell us whether you want a Return (refund) or an Exchange.

Once confirmed, you’ll ship the item back to the address above (customer-paid).

When we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process it according to your request.
Exchanges

Exchanges are possible within the same 14-day window.

Exchanges are subject to product availability (sizes/colors can sell out).

If the requested exchange item is unavailable, we’ll offer an alternative solution (typically a return/refund option).
Refund Processing
Once your return is delivered and approved after inspection:

Your refund will be issued back to the original payment method.

Processing time can vary depending on your bank/payment provider.
