DAICHI UTO want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.

To initiate a return, please send an email to contact@daichiuto.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

Please carefully read the following return conditions:

  • DAICHI UTO reserves the right to reject returns of items that are not in their original, unaltered, and unwashed condition. Returned merchandise must include all original packaging and tags.
  • Products showing signs of use, washing, alterations, or any kind of damage will not be accepted. Items with strong odors such as perfumes or cigarettes will also be rejected.
  • Items not meeting the above conditions will be returned to the customer at their own expense.
  • Footwear must be returned with the original shoe box placed inside a shipping box to prevent damage during transport. Shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface and must show no signs of wear.
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service with insurance, as DAICHI UTO is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
  • Duties, taxes, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Returned items must be shipped by the customer. If the customer fails to collect their parcel, DAICHI UTO is not responsible for re-shipping the order, and the parcel will be considered lost.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Orders cannot be canceled after they have been shipped. It is not possible to cancel an order before its reception once the shipping process has started.

Once we receive your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
