Return Policy

At UTO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.

To initiate a return, please send an email to contactutoretails@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will then provide you with a return address label to send the item(s) back to us.

All returned items must be in new and unused condition with all original tags and packaging included. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the item(s) are not returned in their original condition.

Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Once we receive your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
