During peak periods (drops, holidays, promotions), processing may take slightly longer.

Tracking
A tracking number is provided once your order ships.
Because tracking is tax-free, updates can show a latency of 1–2 days until the parcel is handed over to your local delivery service.
After shipment confirmation, tracking may also take 24–72 hours to start updating normally.
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order details.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
If an address is incomplete or incorrect and the parcel is returned or lost, we may not be able to refund the original shipping cost.
If you notice an error right after ordering, contact us as soon as possible—changes are only possible before the order ships.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Tracking can occasionally pause for several days, especially during peak periods. If it looks stuck, contact us and we’ll help investigate.
If a package is marked Delivered but you didn’t receive it, please check:
